- MOPS service projects benefits MCKIDS
- Posted March 29, 2011 midnight
- McPherson’s Mothers Of Pre-Schoolers (MOPS) and their children met at the McPherson County Kansas Infant Development Center (MCKIDS) Tuesday to make birthday presents for all of the kids in the program. “We’re doing a service project today, making birthday bags,” said MOPS Coordinator Julie Wedel. “Inside are clothes for the bears on the front of the bags.” MOPS, which meets at Countryside Covenant Church, is for mothers with children in pre-school to kindergarten. MCKIDS providers services for children from birth to three years old who have special needs.
