From Dec. 15 to Jan. 16, Churches United in Ministry was able to assist 101 clients from McPherson County families consisting of 238 individuals, to help pay for utilities, rent, emergency medication, transportation for out-of-town doctor visits and emergency overnight housing needs.The office served 989 families, consisting of 2,484 individuals, in 2014.The major source of income for Churches United in Ministry is the Save ‘N Share thrift store at 209 S. Main St.
