Officers arrested a male subject at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday on a McPherson Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held on the “no bond” warrant.

At 6:22 p.m. Tuesday, an officer responded to the 400 block of S. Main reference juveniles playing in the street. The officer spoke to the parents of all of the juveniles. The parents will take care of the situation.

At 12:12 a.m. Tuesday, a deputy responded to a state-reportable, non-injury accident on 22nd Avenue, .1 mile north of Iron Horse Road. The driver was Jayden Schmidt, Moundridge. Schmidt was cited for speed greater than reasonable and prudent due to existing road conditions.
