The First United Methodist Church, 1200 E. Kansas, McPherson, announces the launch of its  music classes for children ages 18 months - 5 ½ years of age.
Parents with children ages 1 ½ - 4 years old can participate in "OUR TIME - Fiddle-Dee-Dee" activities – jingling bells, tapping rhythm sticks, floating scarves, shaking egg shakers and little feet moving in time to music – for a valuable learning experience for both the child and the parent or caregiver.
Chidren ages 3 ½ - 5 ½ years old will "IMAGINE THAT! in “Cities - Busy Places, Friendly Faces” as they explore music by singing, chanting, moving, listening and playing simple instruments. Students come by themselves the first part of class and are joined by a parent/caregiver for a sharing time at the end.
