MOUNDRIDGE -- At 7 p.m. Monday, an officer, a deputy sheriff and a state trooper responded to the 100 block of Drucilla for a domestic disturbance. A male subject was arrested for domestic battery, aggravated assault and obstruction. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and released on $3,500 bond. The suspect received minor injuries during the scuffle that occurred during the arrest. He was transported by officers to Memorial Hospital, treated and released. The female victim declined medical service. EMS personnel responded to the scene at 7:26 p.m. No patient was transported.

Paul William Stiawalt was sentenced on 3 counts of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child to 23 months at Department of Corrections, to serve 36 months probation each, all sentences to run concurrently. A charge of aggravated criminal sodomy and 6 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child were dismissed.
David A. Brodin was sentenced on possession of methamphine to 15 months at Department of Corrections, to serve 12 months probation, on possession of drug paraphernalia to use to 6 months in county jail, sentences to run concurrently.
Andrew Lee Adams was sentenced on theft to 6 months at Department of Corrections to serve 12 months probation and $1,800 restitution. A charge of burglary was dismissed.
Casey Lucas Holt was sentenced on criminal threat to 12 months at Department of Corrections, to serve 12 months probation. Another charge of criminal threat was dismissed.

Robert James Rolus-Hermosillo was sentenced on residential burglary to 27 months at Department of Corrections and on theft to 12 months in county jail, to serve 24 months probation, sentences to run consecutive, 147 days jail credit earned. A charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed.
Clayton Ray Walker was sentenced on aggravated assault to 27 months at Department of Corrections, to serve 24 months probation and on 2 counts of domestic battery to 12 months in county jail, to serve 24 months probation, sentences to run consecutive, to serve 90 days in county jail as a condition of probation, $200 fine, 110 days jail credit earned.  Charges of criminal damage to property and domestic battery were dismissed.
