At 2:29 p.m. Tuesday, officers, firefighters, EMS personnel and Emergency Management personnel responded to the 1400 block of E. Simpson reference found methamphetamine lab materials. An information report was filed.
Officers and a deputy sheriff stopped a vehicle at Euclid and Hickory at 10:59 p.m. Tuesday. A male subject was arrested for driving under the influence, no proof of insurance, not wearing a seatbelt, no driver’s license, a registration violation and a McPherson County District Court warrant for probation violation. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held in lieu of $4,226 bond.
At 11:08 a.m. Wednesday, an officer filed an information report reference stolen property in the 800 block of E. First. An I-Pod, valued at $200, was taken.
At 4:24 p.m. Tuesday, deputies, a Moundridge officer and a state trooper responded to I-135 to assist Harvey County with a pursuit involving a severe diabetic. Moundridge EMS personnel and Moundridge firefighters responded at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday to where the vehicle was stopped at I-135, milepost 47. A patient was transported to Mercy Hospital.
A deputy responded to a state-reportable, non-injury, vehicle-vs.-deer accident on 18th Avenue, .1 mile south of Eisenhower Road, at 5:24 a.m. Wednesday. The driver was Mark Janzen, McPherson.
At 6:04 a.m. Wednesday, a deputy responded to a state-reportable, non-injury, car-vs.-deer accident on US-56, .1 mile east of 24th Avenue. The driver was Corey Miller, Newton
