During the remodeling of The Clayworks, many shoppers in McPherson stopped by to see what this unique store was.  They were always in awe and could not wait until the store opened.  The Clayworks is simply unlike anything, anywhere and would be shoppers are now able to come in, browse and watch the artists at work in the studio.
The first stage of the opening was two weeks ago when Disability Supports clients began using the studio to get used to the new environment and equipment.  Much of the studio and the retail space is custom made to accentuate the uniqueness of The Clayworks and the art produced and sold there.
The Clayworks at Disability Supports will sponsor the Christmas movie, “Prancer” on Saturday, December 18th at 3:00 PM at the McPherson Opera House.  This will be a great opportunity for local families to enjoy something to get them into the spirit of Christmas.  On the same day, Santa Claus will be using The Clayworks as his headquarters.  You are invited to stop by to find out when he will be there.
