At 2:20 a.m. Sunday, an officer and a deputy sheriff responded to the 300 block of N. Main for a fight in progress. Contact was made with four subjects. A report was filed reference battery.
An officer, a state trooper and EMS personnel responded to the 900 block of N. Maple at 2:30 a.m. Sunday for a fight in progress. A Texas male was arrested for domestic battery, battery and obstruction. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held in lieu of $671 bond. A patient was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Officers filed a report at 12:59 p.m. Sunday reference burglary, theft and criminal damage to property that occurred in the 1900 block of E. Euclid between 1:30 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday. Items taken from the storage sheds were subwoofers, XBOX Rockband drum/guitar, kerosene heater, DeWalt power tools and other miscellaneous items. The loss is reported at more than $650.
Officers filed a report at 2:15 p.m. Monday reference criminal threats and phone harassment. The investigation is continuing.
A deputy filed a report at 1:09 p.m. Sunday reference a burglary and theft that occurred in the 2200 block of Kiowa Road between Nov. 13 and Sunday. Loss is reported at less than $1,000. No additional information was available.
