McPherson Police
At 3:28 p.m. Friday, an officer filed a report reference a theft of a cell phone that occurred in the 200 block of S. Main. Loss is reported at $180.

An officer and firefighters responded to the 900 block of S. Ash at 4:09 p.m. Friday for a minor, non-injury, vehicle-vs.-gas meter accident. Kansas Gas Service personnel also responded.

An officer filed a report at 9:09 a.m. Saturday reference criminal damage to property that occurred in the 2000 block of E. Kansas between 7 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Damage is reported at $1,325.

At 10:19 p.m. Saturday, officers filed an information report reference a possible suicidal subject and welfare check. The subject was not found. An attempt to locate was broadcast.
A deputy filed a report at 5:20 p.m. Friday reference burglary, theft and criminal damage to property that occurred in the 1700 block of 17th sometime in the last two weeks. Two saws, a radial arm and a table saw, and tools were taken. Loss is reported at $6,450.

A deputy filed a report at 12:07 p.m. Saturday regarding a theft of a trailer from the 600 block of Blair, Windom. A 6-foot X 12-foot utility box, single-axle trailer, white in color, valued at $3,500, was taken Saturday.

Kansas Highway Patrol
At 8:03 a.m. Friday, a state trooper responded to a state-reportable, non-injury accident at US-56 and 24th Avenue. No additional information was provided.

A state trooper, McPherson EMS personnel, McPherson firefighters and sheriff’s deputies responded to I-135, milepost 67, at 8:06 p.m. Friday for a state-reportable, non-injury accident. A subject declined medical service. No additional information was provided.
