An officer filed a report at 7:27 p.m. Sunday reference vandalism to a vehicle parked in the 2100 block of E. Kansas. The vehicle was egged. No damage estimate was available.

An officer filed a report at 11:53 a.m. Monday regarding burglary and theft from a vehicle parked in the 700 block of Somerset between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Saturday. A camcorder, valued at $289, was taken.

At 3:06 p.m. Monday, officers and EMS personnel responded to the 600 block of N. Maple reference a possible injured pedestrian. A male subject was arrested for battery of a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held in lieu of $671 bond.

Officers responded to a state-reportable, non-injury accident in the 200 block of E. First at 4:18 p.m. Monday. The drivers were Suzanne Fortune and Alyx Van Blaricon, both of McPherson.

Officers filed a report at 5:36 p.m. Monday reference assault, domestic battery and criminal damage to property that occurred in the 400 block of E. Olive. A clock, plates, a television and walls were damaged. Damage is reported at $420. Charges are pending on a male and a female.

At 7:51 p.m. Sunday, a deputy responded to a state-reportable, non-injury, vehicle-vs.-cow accident on Mohawk Road, .25 mile west of 4th Avenue. The driver was Alven M. Geren, Windom.
