Alison Nicole Peavy and Chase Bryant Peavy, both of Wichita, were united in marriage July 31, 2010, at the First United Methodist Church.
Mike Marion and Harold Nelson performed the double-ring ceremony.
Joyce Hall was the organist for the service.
The bride was escorted by her father, Doug Ward.
Sarah Jowers of Murrieta, Calif., was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Raeann Unruh of Canton, LaTisha Brown of Park Heights, Texas, and Adrian Ratlief of McPherson.
Cody Peavy of Canton is the best man. Todd Vogts of Ransom, Jonathan Leyva of Mexico City, Mexico, and Nick Ward of Salina were groomsmen.
Ushers were Chris Dacus of Canton and Patrick Win of Wichita.
Taper lighters were Jessica Greber and Katye Greber, both of Shreveport, La. The flower girl was Malia Hoppes of Galva. The ring bearer was Mason Jowers of Murietta, Calif.
The guest book attendant was Taylor Bardine of Shreveport, La.
A rehearsal dinner was held at Three Sisters in Canton on July 30. A reception, following the ceremony, was held at Perkins in McPherson.
Alison is the daughter of Doug and Nancy Ward of Galva. She is a graduate of Canton-Galva High School, Hutchinson Community College and Wichita State University. She is employed as a dental hygienist for Wichita Family Dental.
Chase is the son of Karen Peavy of Canton and the late Russell Peavy. He is a graduate of Canton-Galva High School, Hutchinson Community College and Wichita State University. He is employed at Furniture On Consignment.
Following a cruise to the Bahamas, the couple is at home in Wichita.
