McPherson Police
At 12:44 p.m. Wednesday, officers and a deputy sheriff arrested two juvenile males and an 18-year-old male for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of E. First. The 18-year-old was booked into the McPherson County Jail and released on $1,000 bond. The juveniles were released to juvenile intake personnel.

At 8:34 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the 300 block of S. Main reference possible drug use. A 20-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and released on $1,000 bond.

At 2:04 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to the 1000 block of S. Elm for a disturbance. An Indiana male was arrested for criminal damage to property - domestic violence. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held in lieu of $171 bond.

An officer filed a report at 1:56 p.m. Thursday reference vandalism at the Bandshell in Lakeside Park. Graffiti was painted on the structure between noon Monday and 1:55 p.m. Thursday. Damage was reported at $100.

An officer responded to  a minor, non-injury accident in the 600 block of Manchester Court at 8:32 p.m. Thursday. A vehicle, driven by Lorna M. Batterson-Nelson, McPherson, struck a parked vehicle.

Sheriff
At 9:34 p.m. Wednesday, deputies arrested a male subject on a McPherson County District Court warrant for failure to appear, a Reno County District Court warrant for probation violation, a Hutchinson Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and a Department of Corrections arrest and detain warrant. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held without bond.

Deputies stopped a vehicle at County Road 2043 and Cimarron Road at 12:03 a.m. Thursday. A McPherson male was arrested for driving under the influence, transporting an open container, minor in consumption and driving while suspended. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and released on $1,009 bond. A male passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and released on $1,000 bond.

Deputies arrested a McPherson male at 5:04 p.m. Thursday on a McPherson County District Court warrant for aggravated indecent liberties with a child. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Deputies, an Inman officer and McPherson EMS personnel responded to the 200 block of Plum Avenue at 7:10 p.m. Thursday for a domestic disturbance. EMS personnel were disregarded prior to arrival. A male subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held in lieu of $5,500 bond.
