At 11:40 a.m. Friday, officers and a deputy sheriff executed a search warrant in the 900 block of S. Ash. According to McPherson Police Chief Dennis Shaw, officers found 128 grams of marijuana and 29 marijuana plants with a street value of $21,220.
A 19-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a communication device to facilitate the sale of drugs, no drug tax stamp, possession of drug proceeds and possession of LSD. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held in lieu of $11,500 bond.
A 50-year-old male was arrested for cultivation of marijuana, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp, possession of drug proceeds and felony possession of marijuana. He was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held in lieu of $15,000 bond.
A 48-year-old female was arrested for cultivation of marijuana, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. She was booked into the McPherson County Jail and held in lieu of $13,000 bond. The three were later released on bond.
