McPherson Police
An officer responded to the 800 block of E. Avenue A at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday reference a suspicious subject. The subject was transported to Memorial Hospital for evaluation. An information report was filed regarding a self-committal of a 32-year-old male.

At 4:31 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to the 400 block of S. Oak reference a possible theft. The investigation is continuing. An information report was filed regarding found drugs.

At 5:14 p.m. Tuesday, an officer responded to a minor, non-injury accident on the Wall Park parking lot. A vehicle, driven by Hollie S. Matthews, Royse City, Texas, struck a parked vehicle.

At 4:48 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a state-reportable, non-injury, vehicle-vs.-curb accident in the 500 block of N. Main. The unknown driver fled on foot. The vehicle was towed. The investigation is continuing.

At 8:31 a.m. Wednesday, an officer filed a report regarding found property. Rings, gold with diamond and a watch with a broken band were found in a park.

At 10:46 a.m. Wednesday, an officer filed a report reference a theft of a black Orange County Chopper bicycle that occurred between 12:30 p.m. Monday and 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of N. Cedar. Loss is reported at $195.
 
Sheriff
A deputy filed a report at 7:35 a.m. Wednesday reference a gas skip that occurred in the 400 block of N. K-61, Inman. Loss was reported at $212.40. No additional information was available at press time.

At 9:40 a.m. Wednesday, a deputy filed a report reference a burglary and theft that occurred between 5:15 p.m. Tuesday and 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of 17th Avenue. A shotgun, scrap metal and car parts were taken. Loss is reported at $1,500.

A deputy filed an information report at 9:46 a.m. Wednesday reference damage to a gate that occurred at Pawnee Road and 28th Avenue. No additional information was provided.

At 4:48 p.m. Wednesday, a deputy filed a report reference a belated, car-vs.-deer accident that occurred on US-56, .25 mile east of 28th Avenue.
