McPherson Police
An officer responded to a minor, non-injury accident on private property in the 400 block of N. Main at noon Thursday. A vehicle, driven by Renee Foster, Inman, struck a parked vehicle.

At 1:36 p.m. Thursday, an officer filed a report reference criminal threat and phone harassment. The investigation is continuing.

Officers responded to a state-reportable, non-injury accident in the 2000 block of E. First at 6:21 p.m. Thursday. The drivers were Stephanie A. Loges, McPherson, and Don A. Mann, Canton.

At 8:34 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the 100 block of E. Northview reference battery. A 17-year-old male was taken into custody and released to juvenile intake personnel. Battery charges are pending. EMS personnel responded and transported a patient to Memorial Hospital.

Sheriff
At 2:29 p.m. Thursday, deputies, McPherson EMS personnel, Lindsborg EMS personnel, Canton EMS personnel and McPherson firefighters responded to a state-reportable, injury, rollover accident on I-135, milepost 67. The driver was Marla M. Mendez-Lopez, Norfolk, Neb. Five patients were transported to Memorial Hospital, McPherson.

A deputy responded to a state-reportable, non-injury accident on Plum Avenue, .5 mile south of Frontier Road, at 4:21 p.m. Thursday. The driver was Charles D. Culver, Hutchinson.

At 4:48 p.m. Thursday, a deputy filed a report reference criminal use of a financial card. The investigation is continuing.

Deputies, McPherson EMS personnel and McPherson firefighters responded to a state-reportable, non-injury accident on Limestone Road, .4 mile east of 17th Avenue, at 6:06 p.m. Thursday. The driver was Donald D. Byrns, Canton. A subject declined medical service.

At 7:09 p.m. Thursday, a deputy responded to a state-reportable, non-injury, car-vs.-deer accident at 27th Avenue and Mohawk Road. The driver was Luke D. Koehn, Canton.

MOUNDRIDGE -- An officer responded to a state-reportable, non-injury accident on private property in the 100 block of S. Christian at 3:42 p.m. Thursday. The drivers were James E. Craig, Moundridge, and David R. Wedel, Buhler.
