McPherson College made its baseball debut since adding the sport when it went 0-4 over the weekend against Rogers State, which entered play having won nine of 10 games.

Rogers State 7, Mac 0 -- The Bulldogs were held to three hits, but played pretty well other than a four-spot in the fourth by Rogers State. Steven Paramore had two of Mac’s three hits. Moundridge product Caleb Hartman took the loss.
Rogers State 14, Mac 4 -- Down 6-0 after two innings, the Bulldogs struck for three runs in the third. However, it was all Rogers after that. Aaron Evans had two hits and Chris Cesario had two RBI for the Bulldogs. Taylor Werts took the loss.
Rogers State 5, Mac 3 -- In their best effort of the weekend, Rogers’ only activity was a five-run fifth inning. Evans and Cesario had two hits, while Rogers State managed six. Justin Roark took the loss.
Rogers State 11, Mac 1 -- Rogers State used a pair of four-run innings to key the win. Paramore drove in Evans with the only Mac run. Jacob Vogt took the loss.
Mac is at Ottawa today.
