McPherson police
An officer responded to the 200 block of N. Hartup for criminal damage to property at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. An unknown subject had scratched two vehicles at this location. The officer estimated total damage to both vehicles at $375.

An officer responded to the 900 block of N. Wheeler to check the welfare of two minor children at 4:28 p.m. Tuesday. They were both OK, and the officer advised the calling party.

McPherson police officers, EMS personnel and firefighters responded at 9:21 p.m. Wednesday to Kansas and Lyndon for an accident. A bicycle ridden by 18-year-old Cody A. Hobbs of McPherson entered the intersection and struck a vehicle driven by 56-year-old Thomas E. Brunholtz of McPherson. A subject refused transport.

Sheriff
A deputy, Lindsborg EMS personnel and Roxbury firefighters responded to a non-injury accident west of 22nd Avenue on Smoky Valley Road at 11:24 p.m. Tuesday. A patient refused service.

Deputies, Canton firefighters and EMS personnel responded at 11:56 p.m. Tuesday to an injury accident south of Overland Road on 27th Avenue. A patient was transported to Memorial Hospital.

LINDSBORG -- An officer responded at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday to a hit-and-run accident in the 300 block of S. Jackson.

MOUNDRIDGE -- At 8:07 a.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel and a police officer responded to a medical emergency in the 200 block of W. Walnut. A patient was transported to Mercy Hospital.
