Brian and Janet (Glahn) Klenda of Hillsboro were married May 19, 2012, in a double-ring ceremony at the United Methodist Church in Hillsboro by Marita Truman and Fr. Paul Oborny.
Maid of honor was Alexis Koop. Bridesmaids were Diedre Funk, Heather Murchie and Megan Shiraishi. Flower girl was Aubrey Meeker.
Best man was Greg Klenda. Groomsmen were Phillip Klenda, Alfonse Klenda and Ryan Janzen. Ring bearer was Wyatt Helmer.
Musicians were Cheryl Lundberg on the cello and Dwayne Helmer on the piano.
A reception was held in Pilsen.
Janet is the daughter of Steve and Michelle Glahn of Marion. She is a graduate of Hillsboro High School and Kansas State University. She is currently in nursing school at Wichita State University and is employed as a certified nurse aide at Newton Medical Center.
Brian is the son of Val and Julie Klenda of Lincolnville. He is a graduate of Centre High School and North Central Kansas Technical College. He is employed as an ag mechanic at Lange Diesel Inc., in Hillsboro.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple is at home in Hillsboro.
