    McPherson police
    Officers made contact at 2:32 a.m. Wednesday with a vehicle in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue. They arrested Raven Nykole Phillips, 25, Galva, on charges of possession of prescription drugs only, a first offense DUI, no proof of insurance and failure to dim headlights. She was released from the McPherson County Jail after posting $2,000 bond.
    Sheriff
    A deputy took a report at 7:58 p.m. Wednesday in reference to the theft of a small, brown and white, American Mini horse that occurred between 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Wednesday in the 2600 block of Apache Road. Loss is valued at $815.

    MARQUETTE — Marquette and McPherson firefighters and EMS personnel responded at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday to a report of an ammonia leak at North McPherson and West 6th. The tank was turned off.
