HIGHLIGHTS
McPherson police
Officers made contact with a vehicle at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of South Chestnut. They arrested Elizabeth Stout, 31, McPherson, on charges of driving while suspended and failure to show proof of liability insurance. She was released from the McPherson County Jail after posting $1,196 bond.

INMAN — Firefighters responded at 1:18 p.m. Tuesday to an outside fire at Plum Avenue and Cimarron Road.
