The Inman Teutons are assured of a winning regular season.
Now they want a playoff spot.
The Teutons improved to 5-2 Friday night with a 54-24 rout of Herington, a game that finished with a running clock.
Josh Miller had another big night with four touchdowns. Complete scoring was not available at press time.
Inman coach Mike Vernon said he was pleased that his team played with intensity against a lesser opponent, as the Teutons  led 40-12 at half.
Inman’s playoff hopes figure to come down to Friday night when it hosts Sterling.

The Redskins managed only 63 yards on the ground and 70 through the air. Chet Cordell rushed for 40 yards on 12 carries to lead Little River, now 5-2 on the year.

Hillsboro led 36-0 at the half.
The Wildcats did put up some decent rushing numbers with Daniel Ratzlaff running for 71 yards on 15 carries and Colby Badman added 69 on 16 attempts.
“We are still searching for ways to make plays,” MHS coach Courtney Moddelmog said. “We were in the right spot most of the time, but just can’t make a play to get a stop.”
    Pretty Prairie 52,
    Canton-Galva 0
The Eagles, after opening the year with three straight wins, dropped their fourth in a row, as the Bulldogs ended the game by the point rule.
C-G coach Jeff Savage said the Bulldogs were very athletic and it didn’t help the Eagles that quarterback Cody Savage was injured and is now out for the year.
