    McPherson police
    Officers made contact at 3 a.m. Saturday with a vehicle in the 500 block of East Hulse in reference to disobeying a stop sign at Oakmont and Grimes. They arrested Trey Derouen, 22, Abbeville, La., on a first-offense DUI and transporting an open container. He was released from the McPherson County Jail after posting a $1,056 bond.

    Deputies made contact at 9:38 a.m. Saturday with a vehicle in the area of Plum Avenue and U.S. Highway 56. They arrested James Y. Proffitt, 23, Salina, for a first-offense DUI and driving while suspended. He was released from the McPherson County Jail after posting a $1,500 bond.
