Highlights
1. The parade will begin with hundreds of motorcycles, with toys each in the hands of the cyclists, at the Wal-Mart parking lot.
2. Non-cyclists are encouraged to participate, and can bring a new, unwrapped toy for the “Toys for Kids” program. The toy should be for children younger than 12, and can be dropped off at the American Legion
3. Participants can enjoy a reasonably priced chili feed, followed by an auction of different items provided by local McPherson County businesses.
Why you should attend the event
Last year, the program received almost $25,000 to provide Christmas gifts to more than 500 children.
“It’s actually a year long event for them as once the run is over they immediately begin preparations for the next year,”
—Keena Longstaff, co-founder of the event
