This is the best start for the team in recent history. Central will next be in action at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Union College. Mausoleum repairs completed The city of McPherson wrapped up this week a $325,000 renovation of McPherson Mausoleum. The project began in February and included extensive repair work to the interior and exterior of the building. This an important investment into an historic building for repairs that will insure the structure is there for generations to come. Thumbs sideways Dillons to begin renovation Dillons has been an important feature of the McPherson Community since 1930. Officials with the Hutchinson-based grocery-store chain recently announced a major renovation effort at the McPherson store, which was built in 1977. Construction will begin as soon as next week and is set to be completed in early 2013. Although construction is no fun for shoppers, we appreciate Dillons is willing to make this investment in our community.
