TOPS invites community

Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) invites any community members interested in losing weight to join them for their weekly meetings, which offer:
—Private weigh-in
—Educational meetings
—Information
—TOPS Exchange system healthy eating plan
—Online resources
—Group support
TOPS is non-profit, with a $28 annual fee. Local McPherson groups meet on Thursdays, with weigh-ins beginning at 7:45 a.m. at the McPherson Free Methodist Church at 1010 S. Maple, and at 5:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church at 1200 E. Kansas.
