HIGHLIGHTS McPherson police At 9:50 p.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to a report of criminal damage to property, domestic battery, aggravated assault and criminal threat. Officers proceeded to arrest Kaci Daun Hambiln, 24 of McPherson on charges of criminal threat, aggravated assault, and criminal damage to property. Hamblin reportedly threw a knife at a male, 42, and accidentally cut herself. A television was also damaged. Hamblin was transported to McPherson Hospital, treated, released, and jailed pending a total $5,100 bond. - - - - At 12:29 a.m. on Tuesday, an officer responded to a report of theft from 623 East Euclid. Stolen was a purse from a vehicle in a garage. Both the vehicle and the garage were unlocked. Stolen was a Macbook Pro valued at $1,500 and $23 in cash. - - - - Nov. 6 At 2:48 p.m. on Nov. 6, officers executed a search warrant at 1007 North Maple St. Officers proceeded to arrest Kevin Ray Dyer, 44 on charges of distribution of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no drug tax stamp. Posted bond was $30,500. Officers also arrested Deborah Louise Miller, 53 for possession of stimulant and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond posted was $500. Charges were pending on a second female for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Nov. 7 At 11:00 a.m. on Nov. 7, an officer arrested Ethan Aaron Marr, 23, on two charges of failure to comply. Marr was held pending a $3,000 bond. Sheriff Nov. 7 At 4:24 p.m. on Nov. 7, a deputy investigated a report of felony theft. Stolen was a 1939 Allis Chalmers tractor valued at $1,500. The theft is still under investigation. Area Nov. 5 MOUNDRIDGE — At 12:20 a.m. on Nov. 5, EMS personnel, firefighters, a deputy, and a McPherson deputy responded to a medical emergency at the 2400 mile of Arrowhead. The emergency was a single vehicle injury accident involving a motorcycle. The patient sustained sever injuries, and was transported by Lifeteam to Wesley Medical Center. The patient is still in recovery.
