  • Good Luck Club meets in October, November

  • The October meeting of the Good Luck 4-H Club was called to order by President Kaylee Littrell.
    It was on Oct 15 at the McPherson County Extension Office. Each club member was encouraged to bring presents as a community service project for Operation Christmas Child.

  • The October meeting of the Good Luck 4-H Club was called to order by President Kaylee Littrell.
    It was on Oct 15 at the McPherson County Extension Office. Each club member was encouraged to bring presents as a community service project for Operation Christmas Child.
    During the meeting, the 2012-2013 Good Luck Club officers were inducted. The officers were inducted in a 70s themed ceremony: Kaylee Littrell, president; Christine Vasper, vice-president; Kaytlynn Kuder, secretary; Eryn Prickett, treasurer; Kaden Littrell, reporter; Keaton Littrell, awards leader; and Brittani Burgess, song and recreation leader.
    This year’s Good Luck 4-H Council representatives are Kaden Littrell, Kaylee Littrell and Christine Vasper.
    Eryn Prickett gave a project talk about her involvement in the rabbit project. Audra Boerger, Lane Boerger and Rachel Boerger each gave a project talk about the shooting sports project.
    The meeting was adjourned by President Kaylee Littrell.
    The November meeting of the Good Luck 4-H Club was on Nov. 18 at the McPherson County 4-H Building. President Kaylee Littrell called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Good Luck Club members brought donations for the Mitten Tree as part of a community service project.
    Multiple project talks were given at the meeting. Keaton Littrell showed off his many different minerals and fossils he has collected through the geology project. Kaylee Littrell talked about her involvement in the performing arts project through her acting and singing in musicals.
    Song and Recreation Leader Brittani Burgess led a ball game during recreation time after the meeting.
    President Kaylee Littrell adjourned the meeting, and snacks were served.
