November was a busy month for the K-State Wild Kids 4-H Club.
The Mitten Tree was set up at Home State Bank and items were added. Trenton Goering and Liam Brown gave a short demonstration on how to donate to the crowd gathered at the McPherson Opera House. Anyone who would like to donate mittens, scarves, hats can continue to do so by leaving items under the tree in the bank on Euclid and Main. Club members also helped set up and serve for the annual Thanksgiving Dinner at the Community Building.
The monthly meeting began with a game of "Down by the Banks.” Items were collected for Christmas boxes being put together at the Hohman/Brown's house. Shelby, Jake, and Trenton gave talks on goats, calves, and how to give talks. Five new members were welcomed and given 4-H T-shirts.
