    At 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, officers executed a search warrant at 817 West Marlin. Officers proceeded to arrest Heath Eugene Rhea, 37, on for felony burglary and misdemeanor theft from a non-dwelling. Rhea was released after posting a $3,000 bond.

    MOUNDRIDGE — At 1:22 p.m. Tuesday, an officer arrested Loren William James, 48, of Moundridge on charges of court order violation and phone harassment. James was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
