    At 4:53 p.m. Monday, officer arrested Douglas Moody of McPherson on charges of D.U.I., refusing a preliminary breath test, and refusal to subject to alcohol or drug testing. A $2,586 bond was posted.

    At 8:45 p.m. Monday, deputies arrested Justin Vansyckle of Bloomington, NE on charges of D.U.I., transporting an open container, and failure to maintain lane. A $1,200 bond was posted.
