Legion New Years Eve celebration

Highlights

1. Second Nature, a band from Wichita whose members are in their 20s, will be performing at the event. Their set will begin at 9 p.m., and will include rock from the 1970s and 1980s, as well as current pop music.

2. Party favors will be available to attendees, including hats and noise makers.

3. A balloon drop will bring in the entrance of the new year.
