    At 12:08 p.m. Thursday, officer arrested Douglas Austin Moody, 56, of McPherson on charges of D.U.I., second refusal of alcohol test and failure to signal. Moody was released after posting a $2,746 bond.
    Sheriff
    At 11:26 p.m. Thursday, a deputy arrested Harley Reagan Samuelson, 64, of Windom on charges of D.U.I. and transporting an open container. Samuelson was released after posting a $1,200 bond.
