Birth: Aleigha Danielle Smith

Shane and Sierra Smith of McPherson are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Aleigha Danielle Smith, on Dec. 31, 2013, at McPherson Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Tim and Brenda Decker of Hutchinson.

Paternal grandparent is Sherry Wilson of Rockford, Ill.

She is welcomed home by sibling Carter William Smith, 21 months.
