A number of events are coming up in the Lindsborg area.
IBISwoman Design and Small World Gallery, 127 N. Main St., Lindsborg, will host Bead Soup from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and Jan. 19 and Jan. 25.
Participants will place unwanted jewelry into the Bead Soup bowl at the gallery. After strands are cut and mixed, each person will dip back into the bowl to design a new piece.
Tools and supplies will be furnished, as will coaching and refreshments. Cost is $10 per person.
“Winter evenings make great chances to fall into a creative place and try something new,” said IBISwoman Kathy Richardson. “Jewelry design also is the kind of fun that is easy to have with a friend.”
The Courtyard Gallery, 127 N. Main Street, will host a wine, beer, and pizza pairing Jan. 19 for $25 per person, by reservation only. Those who reserve and pay by Jan. 16 will receive two tickets for $40. Reduced prices only valid in pairs of two. Call (785) 227-3007 for reservations.
