  • Central senior guard Kaelon Gary eclipsed the 1,000 career point mark Friday night, but it wasn’t enough, as the Central Christian men fell to the College of the Ozarks 65-77.

  • Central senior guard Kaelon Gary eclipsed the 1,000 career point mark Friday night, but it wasn’t enough, as the Central Christian men fell to the College of the Ozarks 65-77.
    Gary had 22 points in the loss on 8-of-12 shooting to break the 1,000 point barrier.
    Guard Troy Brooks had 16 and forward Chris Jones added 13 points in the loss.
    Nathane Simniok and Mike Wiebe both had 21 points for the College of the Ozarks, while Dami Sapara added 14.
    Central shot 21-of-48 from the field and was a decent 16-of-19 from the foul line.
    The Tigers are back at it this evening, as they continue a road swing, this time with a 5 p.m. tilt with Haskell University.
