  • HIGHLIGHTS Sheriff
    At 1:13 a.m. Monday, deputies arrested John Thomas Lyman, 27, on charges of D.U.I. and refusal to submit to alcohol and drug testing. Lyman was released after posting a total $1,500 bond.

    At 5:38 p.m. Monday, deputies arrested Cody Eugene Phillips, 21, on a District Court warrant for burglary and theft of services. Phillips was held pending a total $5,000 bond.
