1. Visitors will board a tram and see Rocky Mountain Elk, which are only seen in winter. There are about 100 at the refuge, which is a record for Maxwell.

2. Those who attend also may see buffalo grazing. There are about 250 buffalo at Maxwell at this time.

3. Following the tour, individuals may also see geese, ducks and other wildlife surrounding the lake on the property.

All donations go to develop educational programs, including prairie tours, school field trips and photography tours.
