  • The K-State Wild Kids had a potluck Christmas party on Dec. 20 at the 4-H Extension Office.
Instead of a gift exchange, money was donated to fund shipment of the Operation Christmas Child boxes that the group collected items for in November.  For roll call, members answered what his or her favorite community service activity was during the holidays. The Mitten Tree and Ringing the Bell for the Salvation Army Red Kettle were the top answers.
Jaxson Mead brought two of his favorite chickens and gave a talk about his poultry project.
