Brendon Clark and Tabatha Ward, together with their parents, announce their engagement.
Tabatha is the daughter of Russel Ward, Derby, and Shannon Ward, Wichita. Her grandparents are Ray and Theresa Ward, Derby; Kathy and Tim Hughes, Wichita; Larry North, Wichita, and the late June North.
Brendon is the son of Dane and Phyllis Clark, Roxbury, and grandson of Rose Clark, Roxbury, and the late Larry Clark, and Mervin and Marge Nord, Marysville.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Wichita South High School, Wichita, and received her master’s degree in social work in May 2012 from Wichita State University. She currently works full-time at Progressive Home Health and Hospice as a medical social worker and part-time at the South Wichita YMCA as a cheer coach.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Smoky Valley High School, Lindsborg, and received his bachelor’s degree in fire science from Columbia Southern University. Brendon is currently employed by KBR and working as a contract firefighter in Iraq.
The wedding will be May 18, 2013, in Wichita.
