Kenneth W. Reschke, 85 of Duncan, Okla., passed away on Friday, Jan. 25 at his home surrounded by his family.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Morgan officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Bean Memorial Cemetery in Little River, Kan.
The family received friends Monday.
Kenneth was born Nov. 4 1927, in Perry, Okla. to Herman H. and Claudine (Briscoe) Reschke. He married Mary B. McNelly on June 25, 1950, in Lyons. She preceded him in death on Dec. 17, 1997.
Kenneth was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and was employed by Amoco Oil Production in multiple positions throughout his career.
Kenneth is survived by three daughters, Karen Crawford and husband Fred of Oklahoma City, Okla., Cindy Munday and husband John of Sugarland, Texas, and Mary Kay Reschke of Duncan; two brothers Lawrence Reschke of Little River and Dale Reschke and wife Kathleen of Peculiar, Mo.; four sisters, Hazel Taylor of Del City, Okla., Juanita Moss of Burlington, Wis., Mae Reser and husband Bob of Hesston and Eula Hebert of Houston; two grandsons; and a host of other family and friends.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, an infant son Kenneth Steven Reschke and sister Betty Butler.
Honorary bearers will be his grandsons Jason and Brandon Crawford and his nephews.
