    Friday
    At 3:26 p.m. Friday, officers arrested Vickie May Culver,  57, of McPherson on charges of felony D.U.I., no drivers license on person, refusal to take a drug/alchohol test and a speeding violation. Culver was released after posting a $2,700 bond.
    Saturday
    At 2:24 a.m. Saturday, an officer arrested Michael Joseph Hlavaty, 20, of Olmitz, KS on charges of D.U.I. first offense and minor in consumption. Hlavaty was released after posting a $1,100 bond.

    At 12:39 p.m. Saturday, an officer and EMS personnel responded to a minor injury accident that happened at Main and Avenue A. The accident involved Annie McConnell of McPherson and Anthony Egidy of Rose Hill, KS. One vehicle, heading southbound in the 200 block of Main, turned in front of a northbound vehicle. EMS treated and released one patient on-scene.  
    Sunday
    At 12:27 a.m. Sunday, officers arrested Kelly Richard Bandy, 25, of Canton on charges of D.U.I. second offense, failure to yield right of way when merging and refusal to take a drug/alchohol test. A $1,496 bond was posted.

    At 6:29 a.m. Sunday, an officer responded to a report of burglary and theft in the 200 block of West 2nd St. Stolen was a Sony TV, a Sony PS3, an XBox gaming system, miscellaneous games, a black Gerber knife and monster drinks. Total estimated losses are $2,845.

    At 5:14 p.m. Sunday, an officer responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of West 2nd St. The theft happened sometime between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Sunday. Stolen was some computer equipment, an HP printer, a 36 inch Sony TV, an acoustic quitar, a Sony TV, a Windows 7 computer, a Windows Server 6 and a Sony sound system. Estimated losses total $4,380.

    Friday
    At 12:09 a.m. Friday, a deputy arrested Ethan Wayne Campbell, 21, of Newton on a charge of D.U.I. first offense. Campbell was held pending a $1,000 bond.
    Sunday
    At 6:24 a.m. Sunday, a deputy investigated a report of an unattended death in the 1000 block of 17th Ave. Found deceased was a 98 year old McPherson male. The death was determined to be of natural causes.
