It seems that your average Republican in this year of 2013 has little or nothing in common with our nation’s Founding Fathers.
When the U.S. Constitution was drafted and ratified 224 years ago, the entire process was one of compromise. As some wise man once said of our system of self-government: “The core of it all is compromise. No compromise, no America.”
