King Enterprise Group, Inc., a general contractor, has been honored for a project entered in Associated General Contractor’s State Building Awards Program.
An Award of Excellence was presented for the construction of the North Side Control Room at National Cooperative Refinery Association in McPherson. Brad Adams Walker Architecture was the architect and King Enterprise Group Inc., was the general contractor.
Awards were presented to a total of 14 general and specialty contractors during the Associated General Contractor’s 79th annual convention Jan. 18 in Wichita. Entries for the State Building Awards Program were judged on significant construction features, innovative construction techniques and outstanding examples of workmanship.
Associated General Contractor, the state’s largest commercial and industrial building construction trade association, represents more than 225 general contractors, specialty contractors and suppliers throughout the state.
