• NCRA’s $555 M coker project under way

  • Large earth movers were working Tuesday to prepare the site of NCRA’s new coker.
    The project will cost $555 million and employee as many as 600 people during the height of construction at the McPherson plant. It will be located in the southwest portion of the plant.
