The movie that made Arnold Schwarzenegger a bonafide action hero star is back on Blu-Ray disc for the 2nd time with newly remastered picture and sound.

Over the years I have purchased "The Terminator" many, many times.  I have owned the VHS, the DVD, the DVD "Special Edition" and now a 2nd Blu-Ray release.

How many times can the movie studios go to the well and re-release their same classic movies on home video and expect fans to keep buying them?  Well, if you were counting above then you know that "The Terminator" has attacked my wallet 5 times.

So the question still remains...

Is the new release worth the upgrade?

The answer...

Absolutely!  The new remastered edition Blu-ray looks and sounds better than any of the previous editions and when you upgrade that's pretty much what you want.

Special features include:

- 7 deleted scenes

- Creating The Terminator: Visual Effects and Music

- Terminator: A Retrospective

Will this be the last ever release of this motion picture to the home video market?  That's hard to say because like the Terminator himself this motion picture keeps "coming back."

Drumroll please... 10 out of 10 Cyborgs!!!
