  • Mentally disabled man reports rape

  • At 4:23 p.m. Friday, an officer took a report of rape. The victim is a 26-year-old McPherson man with a known mental handicap. The suspect is a 15-year-old McPherson boy. The two are reported to have been acquaintances.
