Three event highlights

1. Centered around a live performance of “I'd Like to Buy an Enemy,” starring Ted Swartz and Tim Ruebke, the show unpacks issues of justice and peace building through humorous and poignant storytelling.
2. The husband and wife duo “Road Less Traveled” will perform music. Doug and Jude Krehbiel have played an assortment of instruments including guitar, banjo, bass, mountain dulcimer, mandolin, dobro, tin whistle, Irish drum, and jaw harp.
3. A hand-crafted pie auction will take place. Pie sale proceeds will go toward the support of Christian Peacemaker Teams. In the last year, Peace Pies and Prophets has toured across the US, raising more than $70,000 for Christian Peacemaker Teams.

Why you should attend

“Peace, Pies & Prophets is an event that brings people together — those who enjoy comedy, peacemaking and pie. It's about as much fun as you're allowed to have.”
