The K-State Singers will perform their spring show titled "Elemental” at 6:30 p.m. May 2 at Smoky Valley High School Auditorium in Lindsborg.
The "Singing Ambassadors"of Kansas State University is a show choir comprised of both music and non-music majors.
Since 1954, the K-State Singers have been performing in cities across the United States as well as cities around the globe.
Katie Anderson, a junior creative writing major from Marquette and graduate of Smoky Valley High School, is two-year member of the K-State Singers.
Cody Lynn, a senior in marketing from Lindsborg and graduate of Southeast of Saline High School, is a three-year member of the choir.
This show is being sponsored by the Marquette Women’s Literary Club. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to benefit scholarships to graduating seniors in the area and community service projects.
