Three Event Highlights

1. McPherson Museum & Arts Foundation Summer Music Series will host the Lawrence-based band, who describes their genre as "American, bluegrass and psychedelic" on their MySpace page.

2. Their live set includes progressive bluegrass numbers with virtuosic banjo and mandolin playing, original songwriting with powerfully emotive vocals, psychedelic old-time fiddle playing, and lots of surprises, according to their Facebook page.

3. Attendees should bring your own blankets or lawn chairs. Free popcorn will be available from Cinema IV and water will be provided by Culligans.
