Back by popular demand, Pine Village will host its second Dementia Educational Series beginning Aug. 6.
It is currently estimated that 52,000 Kansans are currently suffering from dementia. This is a great opportunity for the thousands of caregivers and/or family members, directly or indirectly affected, to learn more about the disease.
This six session series will focus on how dementia works, its stages, and resources available for caregivers and family members. Series dates include: Aug. 6, 20, Sept. 3, 17, Oct. 8 and 22, all will be from 2-3 p.m. in the Pine Village Wellness Center.
